- Officially there are no longer castes and people should possibly be able to get married with a woman from a higher caste. But in general use this doesn't happen.
In North India the Ladakhi may not get married to family till the night grade muslims however can. Muslims are expanding have built a mosque in the capital of India and the Buddhist people dont like the mosque in their capital.

- The Dalai Lama was born in the suburb Talister on the 6 of July 1935
with the name Thamo Thondup. He was called Dalai Lama from 3 years of age but on 17 March 1959 he fled out of Tibet and ever since he lived in India in exile. - The Taz mahal was built by a Iranian man called Isa Khan in an order by the emperor Shah Jahan. the Taz Mahal was built when his beloved wive Mumtaz Mahal died in 1629 after a marriage of 17 years. She gave birth to 14 children of the emperor. It took 22 years to built the Taz Mahal and Shah Jahan never saw the end result.
