TJ: “Take a bite!”
Frances: “No it’s okay. Oh wow. You taste it ”
TJ: “No stop in little Rock Arkansas is complete without visiting little Rock Central High School. Where in 1957 the Little Rock Nine as they were known changed the course of history. Not only for myself, my family. Black people. But everyone in the United States of America.
So Dee Dee where are we?”
Dee Dee: “ We are in Arkansas”
TJ: “At the Little Rock Central High School. That is where we are in Little Rock Arkansas. It is a hot day but it just got cool all of the sudden so it gets cool. Where the Little Rock Nine changed the course for at least every American but for everyone in this world. I truely believe that. If they don’t what they do who knows if entertainers and athletes become the icons they become so. We are here and we are going to celebrate being there. Why am I so excited to be here because I love when my kids got to learn about our history. Our real history. Imagine it. Based on the color of your skin or what you look like you couldn’t go to a school. That’s the world we lived in not to long ago just a couple of generations ago. Sad but true, and they need to know.
